Window Wells

Water seeping through your basement windows? Damaged non-functional window well?

The process is as follows.

• The area around the window is excavated to the footing and assessed for damage to the foundation.

• Repairs are made and the foundation is then waterproofed.

• Platon (drainage board is installed and sealed with polybitume.

• French drain (weeping tile) is connected and up stack is formed.

• Excavation is then backfilled window well is installed just below the window for maximum drainage.

• The area is then cleaned.
