Garage and Basement Floor Replacement
Out with the old, in with the new! We demo and remove the existing floor. All substrate is removed (dirt/gravel) up to 12 inches. All cracks in foundation are sealed with hydraulic cement.

¾ inch DB certified gravel is paved and levelled. lay vapour barrier and metal mesh, followed by poured 3 to 4 inch new concrete and finished. Work site is cleaned and excess fill is removed.
